Refund and Return Policy

We only accept returns if you have received incorrect, defective or damaged merchandise. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Refunds are given on merchandise only - not shipping charge.   If items are returned in the new condition, in the same box and packaging, we give a full refund less the shipping charge.  Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are required on your return. You must notify me by calling (toll free) 1-888-425-8883 or email me at gmckernie@aol.com. before  returning merchandise.

To avoid returns, please email any questions or call before you purchase, and we will respond immediately.  Please understand, we cannot make refunds on returns that are over 14 days of receipt of the items.  We will not make a refund on claims for missing items that are over 7 days old from receipt of the order.  Check your order on arrival.  Make sure all items are not damaged and are accounted for.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the amount of order. Because many of our products are glass and porcelain, and are very fragile, they must be wrapped with extra care and materials to protect them.. We use UPS and USPS to ship our web-site orders.

Our standard delivery time is 4-10 business days from the day we receive the order. Overnight delivery is not available.
